A beautiful Pitch pine, varnished Woodnutt XOD, ready to race in 2025.

Performance: Typhoon won the Poole Yacht Club Regatta in 1991, every race in Poole Week 1992 and the Coronation Cup 2023.

Technical: Typhoon is a very stiff boat, epoxied inside and out and has a new glass-fibre covered deck. Her keel is at the maximum weight and she has a new full height post, control console and elegant cross-braced teak seats.

Equipment: Typhoon comes with a road legal R&M trailer, a solar panel, a suite of Sanders sails and a new cover.

History: In the mid-1950s, she was sailed from Calshot to Bordeaux and back single-handed, by I.S.C. Henderson, making her the furthest sailed XOD.
